At K & M Empowerment Program, our mission is to educate, empower, and support individuals on their journey toward safer, more responsible driving. As a state-licensed Driver Intervention Program, we are committed to transforming court-mandated experiences into opportunities for personal growth. Program Structure

Our 72-hour intensive program is designed to provide comprehensive driver intervention services. The program includes classroom instruction, interactive discussions, individual consultations, and peer support activities. Participants stay in comfortable accommodations with meals and all materials provided.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Getting registered is easy. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Online Registration

Complete your initial online registration form with your personal information and program preferences.


Step 2: Receive Invoice

You will receive an invoice via email. The invoice includes your program fee, deposit amount, and payment instructions.


Step 3: Submit Payment

Pay your invoice online via credit card. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Your deposit is $175 (nonrefundable).


Step 4: Registration Packet

Upon payment confirmation, your registration packet will be sent to you. Complete all documents and return promptly.


Step 5: Official Registration

Once we receive your completed registration packet, you are officially registered. You must register at least 21 days before your chosen session date.

PROGRAM POLICIES

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

Cancellation 15+ Days Before Program Start $175 nonrefundable fee applies. You forfeit this amount but may keep any payments above the deposit for credit toward a future session.

Cancellation Within 15 Days Before Program Start You forfeit all payments. No refunds will be issued. The $175 deposit is nonrefundable.

Reschedule (Up to 10 Days Before Program Start) You may reschedule to a different session date with a $150 reschedule fee. Request must be made at least 10 days before your original session date.

No-Show Policy If you do not appear for your registered session, you forfeit all payments, including the nonrefundable deposit. No refunds or credits will be issued.


Important Program Policies

Early Registration Requirement You must register at least 21 days before your chosen program session. Late registrations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; contact us for availability.

Payment Requirements All payments must be made via credit card. A 3% processing fee is added to all credit card transactions. Payment must be received in full before your registration packet is sent.

Registration Packet Submission Your registration is not official until we receive your completed registration packet. Ensure all documents are signed and submitted within the timeline specified in your packet.

Attendance Requirements Full attendance at all program sessions is required. Absences may affect your certificate of completion. Contact us immediately if you experience circumstances beyond your control.

Code of Conduct All participants must adhere to our code of conduct, which includes respect for instructors and fellow participants, adherence to all program rules, and compliance with facility policies.

Confidentiality All personal and health information shared during the program is confidential and protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
